This one day workshop will provide an opportunity for learning and discussion
focusing on key developments of law and practice in relation to the DoLS
process. Facilitated by an experienced barrister and university lecturer, the
session will draw on recent case law to critically examine implications for Best
Interests Assessors (BIAs), Supervisory Bodies and Managing Authorities.
