The course is divided into 2 parts, the first part is theoretical which you have to complete before you come for your practical training, and the second one is a practical assignment. The practical assignment is done on the day which will be agreed upon course purchase. You will spend around 2-3 hours practising on a model in our venue in London E106RA. Will I require a model? However, previous experience nor qualifications are not necessary if you would like to enrol on our Course. This course covers the technique for performing a basic Manicure as well as detailing the steps for a spa manicure, mini manicure and male manicure. Hand and nail diseases are detailed as well as the correct way to carry out a thorough consultation. It also includes a practical training module. Duration – Fast track one day practical classroom-based training plus online theory work. Theory work to be completed in your own time via The Guild student portal before your practical course date. Practical day – 10am – 4pm inc short lunch break. It is advisable that students arrive 15 mins early to ensure a prompt start. We do cardio (no/low/high impact options), bodyweight & resistance exercises. We also focused on core & pelvic floor restoration. We welcome all fitness levels, there are variations to all exercises to suit different Postnatal needs and goals. We are a friendly, supportive & non-judgemental space. Your mental wellbeing is just as important to us as your physical health. Classes are small and in the fresh air for that extra wellness boost, the babies seem to love being outdoors too.  Classes are also a sociable place to chat and support each other. A lot of people head for lunch or coffee or stay for a picnic in the park after.
