I am Nancy, I help runners, cyclists and swimmers to improve their movement and
ultimately, to achieve their performance goals. I have been practicing Pilates
since 2003 after suffering an injury in my back whilst traveling in Asia and
being referred to a Pilates rehabilitation course as part of my recovery. The
disc injury healed but I have suffered with chronic pain ever since, I have
found that doing Pilates alongside my training helps me to maintain a healthy
and almost pain free body and improves my racing performance. I’m an experienced
cyclist and have competed in time trials, crit & road races and mountain
sportive’s including the Etape du Tour. I’m an avid trail runner competing in
10km, half marathon and ultra marathon events. Qualifications: Polestar Pilates
