Crowdfunding is een vorm van collaboratieve of participatieve financiering van een project via een groot aantal kleine investeerders. Vandaar het woord “crowd” (menigte). In deze workshop gaan we in op de verschillende fases van een geslaagde fondsenwerving, geven we tips & tricks voor, maar ook voorbeelden van crowdfunding.  We zoomen ook in op het platform dat door LUCA School of Arts werd ontwikkeld in samenwerking met KOALECT. LOOKING FOR: ADULT FICTION, NON-FICTION Imogen Pelham has been at Marjacq since 2015, and has worked as a literary agent for more than a decade. She represents literary fiction and some upmarket commercial fiction, as well as a wide range of non-fiction. Imogen's looking for fiction with a strong premise, a surprise twist, or sharp humour. Recent favourites include Leave The World Behind by Rumaan Alam, Early Morning Riser by Katherine Heiny, and Sorrow & Bliss by Meg Mason. Her non-fiction list includes history, memoir, medicine and psychology. She is particularly interested in identity, the arts and investigative journalism. Imogen would like you to submit a covering letter, 1 - 2 page synopsis and the first 10,000 words of your manuscript in a single word document. (In addition to the paid sessions, Imogen is kindly offering one free session for low income/under-represented writers. But issues of legacy governance, contracting, and organizational barriers can be overcome with the right information and strategies. During this course, attendees will learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation of a program inside a government agency. Attendees gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it's an essential foundation for transformation. They'll also get practical advice on building high-performing, multi-vendor Agile teams and programs, managing technology investments in Lean flow, acquiring solutions with Agile contracting, launching the program, and planning and delivering value using SAFe®. Attendees also learn how specific leadership behaviors can drive successful organizational change in government. Kunst is een vorm van communicatie. Het is niet altijd een neerschrijfbare boodschap, maar wel iets dat werd gecreëerd om iemand te raken. Kunst kan daarom moeilijk bestaan zonder een publiek. Hoe kan je dat publiek bereiken, wat kan je gebruiken om dat publiek te overtuigen om naar jouw werk te komen kijken en vooral welke hulpmiddelen biedt de hogeschool om je daarbij te ondersteunen. Dat zijn de aspecten die aan bod komen in deze workshop. Deze workshop staat open voor studenten, alumni en docenten van LUCA School of Arts.
