During this conditioning class, she draws on all her experience, including elements of floor barre, pilates, gyrokinesis, yoga and meditation. The class offers a chance to nurture body and mind through movement. We’ll begin with a breath work practice to flush out negativity and toxins, leaving you ready for a series of conditioning exercises — designed to tone the body and regulate the nervous system. The class concludes with a short meditation, helping you to meet strength with softness and awareness
Vinyasa is “flowing yoga”- moving with the breath, smooth transitions between asanas, repetitive mindful movements. Start your weekend with good energy, build some body strength, stretch your back, open through the hips and shoulders, balance, focus and relax, moving and holding yoga poses with the breath, practicing mindfulness. Hatha flow yoga class My signature yoga class, includes breath centred flowing sequences with more challenging variations for those that want them. Options given for whether you are new or more experienced. Each week is themed and you can expect yoga postures, short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation. The perfect way to finish off a Sunday evening. All levels including beginners welcome. Spare mats are available, but please feel free to bring your own favourite mat. Please arrive 5 - 10 mins before the class. Changing facilities are available. £11 per class or £7.50 concessions.
