This accredited qualification is ideal for anyone who requires training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, dealing with service users or the public. It is also a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and feel more confident in being able to deal with situations if they arise. Subjects covered include the role of communication and the assessment of risks in conflict situations and follow up practices after such events. How long will it take me to achieve this qualification? This qualification is usually achieved by taking a 2 day course. How is the qualification assessed? The qualification is assessed through a 1 hour, 30-question, multiple-choice question examination. Candidates must achieve a score of at least 20 out of 30 in order to pass.

This course is for 16+ candidates who want to learn how to create, record, edit and arrange music using a range of hardware and software. The course includes setting up and operating of midi sequencing hardware and software, the use of multi-track mixing techniques and sound effects, and using synthesisers, samplers, microphones and mixing desks in music recording and production. Course costs include 6 - 9 hours of live studio time. DAW’s used include Logic Pro X & Ableton Live. Many travellers to high risk or elevated risk locations have the peace of mind afforded by medical Insurance and medical evacuation cover, in the reality of an incident that help may be remote access to doctors or nurses, up to the point that the casualty can be safely delivered to an evacuation area or rendezvous. This course is designed with this reality and the experiences of our highly trained and competent professional instructors. We supply Fire Marshal, Warden, Awareness training at your location and tailor it to your work sector, as such your staff will have no travelling or subsistence expenses minimising disruption for your organisation. Our trainer will bring all materials so you only need to provide a room with a plug socket. There is a practical element with extinguishers outside using our propane burners, which are fully insured and environmentally friendly. We require approximately 4 car parking spaces for this, if you do not have enough space we provide extinguisher discharge only.   The training is accredited by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers, all attendees will receive individual Electronic Certificates and our Fire Warden Quick Guide, in addition a Group Certificate will be sent with all names on for audit purposes and your central records.
