Certified ScrumMaster®: In-House Training This course covers Scrum and the principles and tools required to be an effective ScrumMaster. You will come away with a good understanding of the Scrum framework and the underlying principles required to make effective decisions regarding the application of Scrum to different situations. At the end of the course, you will receive membership to the Scrum Alliance for two years and, following completion of an online test, will become a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster®. Our Certified Scrum Trainers pay the initial, two-year membership fee for each student who successfully completes our Certified ScrumMaster® course. This membership fee also covers the cost of the CSM Test. A link to the test will be sent to you following your course. The CSM test has a passing score of 37 out of 50 questions within a 60-minute timeframe. You will have two attempts within 90 days after you receive your welcome e-mail to pass the test at no cost. After two attempts or 90 days, you will be charged $25 for each additional attempt. Enabling them to be workplace first aiders under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This will allow them to provide basic first aid to people in a range of situations. Pre-requisites Students must be at least 14 years old on the first day of training. Assessment and Certifications Assessment of this course is continuous and includes two theory/multiple choice question papers. Successful students will receive an Immerse Training Certificate, which is valid for three years. This certificate will be issued by Qualsafe, the awarding body for Immerse Training. Anyone who manages asbestos analysts or requires a deeper understanding of the asbestos analysis process (e.g. Laboratory Quality Manager) Prior Knowledge and Understanding Candidates for this course are expected to be aware of HSG 248 Asbestos: The Analysts' Guide (July 2021), and in particular Appendix 2: Determination of asbestos in bulk materials. Candidates will preferably have prior experience of analysing bulk samples and may already be participating in a quality control scheme. In addition, candidates are expected to have had training to cover the core competencies outlined within the foundation material detailed within Table A9.1 of HSG248 Asbestos: The Analysts' Guide (July 2021).
