A personalised resilience profile and 60 minute coaching and exploration session for those who want to develop their capacity to adapt positively in an ever changing world.

The course is a four hour refresher session for those who have completed the Mental Health First Aid two or one day course. Just like physical first aid, we recommend you refresh your skills regularly and keep up-to-date. The four-hour MHFA Refresher course will support MHFAiders® by:  Renewing their skills Updating their knowledge of mental health supports Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan Providing them access to three years of MHFAider® support and benefits Please note the MHFA Refresher is only for people who have previously complete the MHFA course.Format This is a half day course delivered online Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn What are the MHFAider support & benefits?
