Course Information Who should attend? This course is for people renewing an existing Level 3 First Aid at Work certificate. My certificate has expired! You can attend with an expired certificate although the HSE recommends you attend the full 3 day First Aid at Work/ blended Level 3 First Aid at Work (RQF) if more than a month has passed since expiry.  Requalification courses are fast paced and you should ensure that you choose the correct course for your needs and level of competence to ensure successful completion. Course delivery Blended learning – Online (theory) combined with practical training (classroom) Online 6 hours of theory training based around the theory elements of the course. This can be undertaken at your own pace and must be completed within six weeks of the practical element training session. **Online training must be completed before attending the classroom session.  Classroom Training Classroom training led by a professional instructor to cover the practical elements of the course. Become a Mental Health First Aid Champion Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course, which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and to provide help on a first aid basis. This course is designed for people who want to promote and positively affect attitudes on mental health in the workplace.

This instructor-led video course focuses on the major injuries and illnesses that are likely to occur when participating in sports.

Accreditation These sessions will not be accredited. We are happy to create in-house certificates for the youngsters. We can also give the children a Mini Medics book and certificate if you like or prefer - this will incur an additional charge per child.

whether you're working in a high-risk industry or just want to feel confident in case of an emergency, this course is perfect for you. This qualification is valid for 3 years although HSE guidelines state that employers should ensure their first aiders remain competent to perform their role. As such, it is strongly recommended that first aiders undertake annual refresher training to practise their skills and update their knowledge on the latest first aid procedures. To qualify for a 2 day refresher course candidates must have an in date Level 3 First Aid At Work qualification.
