Services are delivered by Rob, Angie or one of a small number of known and trusted associates. Rob is an NVQ A1 assessor (administration and management) and has been an MSc assessor for Kingston University. His educational qualifications include BSc(Hons) (City University), MSc (Kingston University), NVQ Level 5 (Operational Management) and he is a Chartered Member of CIPD. Following a highly successful operational and training career in the Royal Navy, he is an experienced Bursar and financial manager. He has been instrumental in setting up a fast-track Academy as interim Finance Director, and has delivered consultancy in finance, governance and compliance. Angie is a fully qualified adult ESOL and EFL teacher (CertEd and Level 5 ESOL subject specialism - University of Southampton; TEFLA Certificate - University of Portsmouth) with over ten year's experience of ESOL and EFL teaching across the full range of proficiency in both class situations and tailored one-to-one tuition for individual and corporate clients. Her background is in commercial and sports management.
