By using breathwork and meditation, we are able to become more mindful of the signals our body sends us and target that area with deep stretch holds and activating the cardiovascular system to release the tension of tight muscles. Join us at the Arts & Spirituality Centre for an embodied-afternoon practice in support of our nervous system.  Through Om Mantra, Asana (posture) & Pranayama (Breathwork) we will help reduce anxiety in the body & encourage a healthy spine. We will complete our practice with a grounding Shavasana (final resting pose) meditation wherein we will honour our connection to the Earth.  Through movement with breath & awareness we will use the body as a tool of embodiment, through which we can find connection with our fabulous self.  This is a safe & sacred space for the LGBTQ community in Gorgie & Edinburgh at large. Her channel was begun almost by accident but over the last few years has grown to nearly 50,000 subscribers who love the step-by-step watercolour tutorials, find inspiration for painting patterns and learn new techniques in painting and printmaking.
