We have been having our Springer groomed and walked by Caroline for over 3 years and can not be happier with the service she has provided. Our dog is a typical Springer so is very full on but we have never doubted her ability to handle him. When grooming she listens to all of our requirements such as leaving him long on top and carries it out to a brilliant standard. Caroline has given our puppy miniature schnauzer an amazing first hair cut despite him being a wriggler!! Cut as a schnauzer should be. My Cavapoo has just been for a groom, well I should say a shave, I like him short, but she has literally taken him from me, shaved him and charged me £40, he has not been washed, and no care has been taken, I could have done a better job myself, and I now need to correct the shoddy work, I’m glad I don’t have to take him there again, I pity people in the Cotswolds.. my dog is still stressed after his experience, I have now got to wait for him to settle then I need to wash him and trim the bit...
