  • What a truly wonderful course this has been. Beautifully and sensitively delivered with time to discuss and reflect on personal experiences. There were so many wonderful, practical tips and takeaways which I've already started to embed in my life. Also, lots I can take home to my children and help them with. I would love to do a follow up session to explore more compassionate mindfulness and resilience. Thank you San!

  • San is a wonderful meditation and mindfulness teacher, with a lovely calm and kind style. I just attended a wellbeing retreat day which was really well run. My partner came along too, and despite not usually getting on with meditation, he found it great. He enjoyed the day and found it engaging and relaxing. The mindful photography was new for me and it opened my eyes to a new way of using the camera. All 3 teachers were wonderful. The dru yoga was simply fantastic and exactly what we needed....

  • A great day on the wellness and yoga retreat. So relaxing and welcoming. I find it hard to switch off but this was a day for me and I left feeling content and relaxed. The food was provided and was absolutely delicious. The yoga and meditation especially was great and I wouldn't hesitate to go on another one! Thanks San and team!

  • I had an absolutely amazing day! It was the perfect mix of meditation, yoga, mindful photography and mindful walking. It was so good to have a day to recharge the batteries and take a step back and enjoy the “now”. The lunch was great. The people taking part that day where good fun and really nice. I will definitely be doing more retreat days in the future!

  • The 8 week MBSR course with Sandra was a very positive and informative experience. The guided meditations were great, especially as she has a very soothing and calming voice. I am now able to apply mindfulness in certain situations that would have been stressful before. The course was very beneficial and highly recommend it. Thank you Sandra.
