  • Started training with Cormac 13 months ago! Until I met him exercising was difficult for me. Now its a new habit that I enjoy! Sessions with him have improved my physical health and mental health. Cannot recommend him and his work enough!

  • I have been training with Cormac for around 5 months now and it’s been an excellent experience. He has helped me gain strength and confidence in my physical abilities through tailored workouts. The sessions are very varied with different exercises each week which means they stay interesting and engaging. Cormac himself is very professional. He is calm and motivational, courteous and always punctual. The best PT I have trained with. I would highly recommend.

  • Cormac is one of the best personal trainers I know. He is very knowledgeable and offers alternative exercises if something doesn't feel quite right. He is always there to slightly correct my form and he always challenges me to push a little harder so I get the results I want. He is knowledgeable about all types of exercises, and nutrition, and he makes our sessions fun so I both look forward to them and I get great results!
