I approached Lewis after having several abdominal surgeries that had left me feeling I had no strength or fitness or balance even. He was really positive that he could help me regain some of that back, and after 10 sessions in his mini-gym, tailored heavily to my needs and weaknesses (and without much training outside of that - oops!), I can’t believe how much stronger and fitter I feel, and it shows. Have been going to core fitness twice a week since the beginning of January. I hadn't been exercising beforehand at all but Lewis obviously tailors programmes to the individual and I am so pleased to see progress. Would really recommend whatever your fitness level.

I have been using Core Fitness for 6 weeks now. I train on my own twice a week as well as having personal training from Lewis Now I know I can keep up with the rest of the people in the Gym as Lewis is proving to me how fit and strong I really am. Amazing!
