I have been working with Nida for the past 3 months and have never felt stronger. My core strength is improving, I am losing weight and my back pain is coming under control. I am seeing a better version of myself after every session.

I started training with Nida a few months ago and I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness. She encourages me during the personalised training sessions and provides regular home workouts and diet advice which has inspired me to lead a healthier lifestyle. She clearly communicates and is always on hand to answer questions. I would recommend Nida to all.

I have been training with Nida since beginning of September 2022. She has been a great fitness trainer who understands your body, strength and fitness level. She will make sure, you have worked to your ultimate and push the boundaries to make it work. I would highly recommend her to get trained by her to make a difference and feel much more stronger.

Ive been training with Nida since January and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Nida is focussed on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and (somehow) fun! I have been training with Nida for 5 months now - she is an excellent personal trainer. I had barely done any structured exercise my entire life, however I have now been able to make exercise into a habit with Nida's support. Her studio is very clean and has all the equipment you will need. She is great at keeping you motivated and encouraged. The sessions are also good value if you bulk buy. I can see and feel myself getting fitter and stronger working out with Nida!
