Completed the 6 week challenge with Chris and lost 22 pounds throughout the process. It really does get the results you want through a brilliant circuit class and diet plan. Would recommend - thanks Chris!

Completed the 6 week program with Chris and has completely restarted my fitness love! Lost 20lb in 6 weeks and managed to stay on track with 3 group hiit classes a week, so nothing too drastic like some personal trainers want - took it back to basics really. The classes are fun and go very quickly, with a motivated bunch every session. Thank you!

Joined back in January 2022 for the 6wk challenge, saw great results and loved the workouts. Chris the PT is brilliant! Super supportive and keeps you motivated.

I have just completed the 6 week challenge and the results are in - with early mornings, lots of sweat, like a lot of sweat, I've lost with Chris' help 21lb (A stone and a half). I would recommend undertaking the challenge, your results may vary of course.

Just finished the 6 week challenge. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Chris the PT was very encouraging and supportive. Being part of the group was very motivating. The results I achieved in a short period of time were worth the effort. Would definitely recommend.
