Had a great session with Monisha today on basic curry cooking. Clearly a great chef, but also very impressed with her teaching skills, made us very comfortable, encouraged questions, explained the cooking ethos and the benefits of following the methods.. and we ended up making one of the best curries we have had. Thank you
