CSCS cards should be abandoned. They are completely pointless. Just a tax on workers.

Called, and was done within 7 mins, they were polite and professional? Maybe I got them on a good day but they seemed completely normal. I'll wait to receive the card, promised within 5 working days...update -received within 3 working days.

Been trying to call on behalf of my boss for over a month, then when I finally get through after a 45 min wait I get told they cannot hear me and put down the phone when this was clearly a fault at their end as I could hear perfectly fine!!!! Disgusting service as they full well know how long you wait on hold for and they don't even note your number and attempt to give you a return call. Disgusting service and zero rating should be optional.

Disastrous service. Take months to reply to urgent emails. Never pick up the phone. Have us over a barrel because we need their cards. Card applications are convoluted and complicated. When will our Government step in? After all, most of us pay a levy to CITB and get nothing back except embarrassing service.

if i could give 0 stars i would! worst service EVER. when emailed they don't email for months. Card renewals take 3 months+ and when you call them waiting times are over 20 minutes and then they cut off the line. This company needs to be checked as it all seems a scam to get your money!
