  • Before starting with Conor, I hadn’t been in the gym since before the pandemic. I wasn’t great at motivating myself to go and wasn’t very focused when there.   • I started PT with Conor in January and it has been the best choice. Conor has helped guide my nutrition, build my confidence in the gym and more importantly helped to improve my health. I've lost weight, gained muscle and feel fitter. I have a serious knee problem which stops me from being able to use some of the gym equipment but it has never been a problem for Conor.   • I have really enjoyed my PT sessions with Conor. He has improved my overall fitness greatly. I much more confident in my lifting technique and lifting much heavier weights than before.
