Not a good experience feel used and disappointed that they treat the staff so badly

I had worked for Connect as a kitchen assistant at an assisted living site in West Sussex for 6 years. I felt they were the one of the best employers I had ever worked for. They had an M&S quality about them! You felt appreciated and that you were part of something! I would recommend anyone to work for them! - Robert

I don’t recommend working for them, they didn’t provide a uniform in the beginning and didn’t provide a way to prove employee working hours, resulting in disagreements regarding pay since the head chef lied about the hours worked. Rather than pay the full wage that they owe, they had the nerve to offer a loan to pay our rent with! There are so many better and more trustworthy places to find a job so don’t waste your time here, especially if it’s in one of the Oxford university kitchens.

Connect Catering is an honest and caring family run business. Their passion for food transpires through all their menus and their attention to detail is fantastic. They go beyond the call of duty to ensure customer is well looked after. Staff turnover is low with some employess having work for the business for over 25 years and they have been on the top 100 Best Companies to work for in the last 4 years. One of the best catering companies around.
