Coney Surf School

Both my son (9) and myself (30) have both had lessons here. He absolutely loved them and would happily them again, usually if he didn’t like it he would tel me he wants to quit 🤣 Then myself, I managed to stand on the board many times within the first session through their coaching and patience. I suffer with anxiety and I never once felt anxious, if anything I couldn’t stop laughing. Looking forward to the next lessons. Absolutely amazing :)

My 10 year old son has loved the summer fun days, the coaches are amazing! So amazing I decided to arrange a group of 10 friends all different shapes, sizes, ages and physical abilities to come for a surf lesson too! Wow!! They really the best coaches, patient, good sense of humour and made the session so enjoyable we all can't wait to come back!

Such a nice surf school, so friendly and attentive and not pretentious at all. the lessons were brilliant and they even taught us some water safety and surf etiquette. Particularly great with our kids and really made the experience wonderful. Really felt like they had time for us and it was all about the genuine experience and not about money.

Awesome experience with Coney Surf. I recently booked my kids in for a weekend lesson with the guys at Coney Surf whilst holidaying local to the area, and they had an absolute blast. They start with a brief water safety talk and then some fun and games on the beach to get warmed up. I was watching from afar and the coaches down there were absolutely great with all the kids, and adults, remained very attentive and engaged with them throughout the session. Kids came back beaming from ear to ear...

Professional dog sitting service with occasional coffee and ring side seats to the Buccaneer beer garden. Easy access to Wimpy and that chippy round the corner beside the sweet shop. Also hires surfboards sup kayak and bike and runs weekly craft mornings where you can find out all the town's gossip from those on the frontline. Bargain priced branded surf clothing and beach art from local 'artists'. Nice people. Good hair.
