  • Martin offers a great range of personal training and fitness services, which he adapts and tailors to suit your bespoke needs. Although I haven't taken advantage of all them, I know he offers strength training, fat loss, nutrition advice, boxing, HIIT and more. For me, Martin stands out from others with his great ongoing coaching to ensure you stay on target to meet your goals. Highly recommended!
