  • Brian is an extremely knowledgeable, passionate and responsive coach. I did not have any kind of background with weight training or fitness but Brian ensured I felt at ease in the weight training environment and used his knowledge and passion to help me progress more than I could have hoped in a short period. Highly recommended.
