I have been attending James cardio class for some time at the Blackbrook. James does work us hard but always with a smile and makes it fun for us to enjoy. After each session I feel energised my everyday health has benefited greatly as has my mental wellbeing. Thanks James for keeping us fit and strong but more importantly for the fun and laughter. From my own personal experience I can highly recommended James .

I absolutely love my sessions with James. We have fun, as well as being engaging and challenging. I never really loved the gym and classes in the past but these sessions have really inspired me, I only wish I had the time for more. Thanks James for great PT sessions.

I have been attending the exercise sessions with James for approximately eleven years and during that time I have found them beneficial not only to my physical well being but also to my mental health. The sessions are not only a social experience they are structured and professionally provided by James .

James is brilliant at what he does, he has provided me with sport specific strength and conditioning which has been very beneficial for my tennis and lifestyle in order to maintain my fitness and to prevent injuries. He’s very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with his job and I would definitely recommend him for anyone of any age whether they are looking for sport specific training or to generally improve their health and lifestyle.

I have seen many so called "experts" in various forms of strength and conditioning over my career as an international basketball player. If you're looking for functional gains James is by far the best. The improvements I made as a result of the technique work he put me through had a far bigger impact on my athleticism and performance than anyone else I've ever worked with.
