I enjoy Anthony's very calm and methodical approach and have seen great improvements in both my strength and general fitness. Also I must praise his flexibility in arranging sessions (I'm a doctor who works different shifts every week) but we always manage to arrange something.

Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He always takes the time to explain each workout and correct posture. He puts a lot of thought and effort into varying workouts every time I come and this really shines through. I have learnt a great deal from him and he ensures that the workouts are challenging but at a pace that is suitable for me. Highly recommended! Very informative and tailors enjoyable workout programmes to you. I started off just wanting to build muscle, but needed to cut calories first! Thanks to Anthony I have dropped plenty of fat in an ideal amount of time and has completely changed my view on fat loss/fitness! I haven't been in this good shape for years and it's all thanks to Spalding Strength!👍🏼

I've been training with Anthony for about 5 years now. Started off as improving my general fitness and recovery for a shoulder injury. Over time that's changed to include strength, endurance and mobility training. He's helped me with my confidence to take on challenges and activities I wouldn't have thought I could do. I can't recommend Anthony enough. He has helped me to progress my training in a multitude of ways.
