I have been working with Andy now for 3 years now. The fact that I have stayed with him for so long speaks volumes about the man and his knowledge and experience. Started off with "100 days to Strong" and since then have went through a number of his programs which are always challenging, progressive and he is more than willing to adapt if needed. Even when my training has went off in tangents (undertaking Ironman events) Andy adapted and changed my training to suit, work alongside and complim...

I came to Andy over 4 years ago for online programming as wanted to be able to train pain free and pursue my sporting interests, due to shoulder issues and previous hip surgery I was limited in what i could do and kept getting little niggles. Andy really knows his stuff and was able to strip back my training and build me up gradually, over the years he has given great advice and clearly cares about his clients. I have visited the lab gym and if lived closer would be down regularly.

Most-importantly, for me, Andy is an honest and st...

Been coached by Andy for over 4 years and in all that time I’ve been continually challenged and never bored. He introduces new equipment and exercises regularly and his tips in the videos will improve an exercise you thought you’d mastered years ago. Attention is always paid to the little details that keep you healthy and moving better as time goes by. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I have been lucky to attend training days and seminars here. The gym space is one of a kind. It's an environment where coach and clients create new ways to move. To improve strength, balance, stamina, endurance and team work. The Lab is exactly that. It's a place that is as welcoming as functional. Come fo...
