I’ve been doing pad work since May and I’m seeing the improvements each week. We do a mixture of short standalone sequences and Mayweather-style combinations. Each week we work on a particular area and it’s always varied and fun. Farrell is really knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Always fun and informative sessions, with no feeling of pressure for someone who knows next to nothing about boxing like myself! Always looking forward to the next one I can attend!
Haven't been as much as I would like but awesome playlists, great full body workouts and instructors are passionate and give constructive clear instructions
Always a good work-out and very convenient as parking is no issue. Aswell as the sweat, it makes you think and co-ordinate on your movements (as opposed to standard exercising on auto-pilot). Really enjoyable.
