I have only been participating for about a year now but I was welcomed into the club and am thoroughly enjoying it. The lessons are good and you can learn at your own pace with no pressure. The exercises help to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle and the combat helps hone your skills and techniques. Dan is a great instructor and takes the time to show you where you are going wrong and provides endless support throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough. Come along and have a go!
