Putting my long standing procrastination aside, I decided to find a personal trainer to help me start working on my fitness goals. Overall, my experience with George has been terrific as he is knowledgeable and pushes me to give my all during workouts. Every session has been tailored to my goals, making each one feel like a step closer to achieving my desired results. Simply put, George has been instrumental in helping me become stronger and healthier after years of neglect!

Have been training with George since the beginning of the year and enjoyed every session that I've attended. There's a good variety of classes to keep things interesting, and you're pushed to work to your limits which has improved my fitness since I started

A great, no nonsense workout class. Not for the feint hearted, yet a really friendly group and you will push yourself 10x harder than if you were to workout alone. George is a great PT and whilst ensuring you get the most value out of the session, will never beast you unnecessarily or to the point of injury. Overall I would definitely recommend.

I have been doing George’s bootcamps for almost 9 months now. I’m not the fastest/strongest in the group, but he adapts the sessions so everyone is challenged based on their fitness levels. All you have to do is show up and he does the rest. I always leave feeling so much better than when I got there and my fitness has improved massively. Thanks for everything George!

I absolutely loved my personal training session today with George from Combat Conditioning Training Tooting . I highly recommend him. Great trainer and a great guy! Check out his website for details on PT ( 1-5 people) and his group sessions on Tooting common. Thank you George!
