Great, family run gym. Excellent place for training for adults and kids alike. My son particularly enjoys kids BJJ class. His instructor Corin is very supportive both during the training sessions and competitions. Myself I find it very satisfying to be constantly challenged by Gav and Tristan during the MMA sessions
