Frequently Asked Questions

  • What will I need?

You will need a device that will connect to the internet and run the Zoom application.  Zoom can be easily installed onto any modern desktop or laptop computer.  It can also be used on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone.  Zoom will also run in some browsers.

The device you are using now will probably run Zoom.

  • Do I need to know about wheels to take this course?

No previous knowledge is required.  The course starts with a description of what a wire wheel is, and how it works.

  • Will I get a certificate?

Yes, if you arrive on time and stay for the whole session you will get a certificate of attendance which you will be able to download after the session.

  • Will I need to have a camera on, or can I stay hidden?

It would be great to see you during the session, but if you have a reason for not wanting to show yourself on camera that is fine.

If you are off camera and you would like a certificate of attendance, we may need to have a quick, friendly, private chat after the session to confirm you were actually there for the whole session.
