Daniela helped me to remain active during my pregnancy carefully planning sessions which matched the stage of pregnancy I was at. I enjoyed the variety of the sessions as they were always different and found Daniela friendly and motivating. I would definitely book again!

I just wanted to recommend my personal trainer, Daniela Tilbrook. I have been with Daniela for over two years now and first saw her because of a back injury. I was hesitant about getting into training with my injury, but Daniela was so patient with me and took things really slow. She challenged me and showed me harder exercises as we went along but was happy for me to slow down if I needed to. I thoroughly recommend Daniella as a Personal Trainer. No two sessions are the same. She pre-plans them, prioritising different things (cardio, core, legs etc.), so it is never boring. And she pushes you by just the right amount! Daniella provides exactly what I wanted from Personal Training

Daniela is absolutely amazing. Always walking the extra mile to help me. Daniela helped with my lower back problems and shoulder. After predominantly working on my laptop for the past few months it was inevitable that I have all sorts of pains in my right arm.
