Great barista training for all levels of knowledge, delivered in a very relaxed manor with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and make loads of coffee. Highly recommended.

Throughly enjoyable course.  Excellent training session for anyone new to the industry. Course teachers offered lots of practical opportunities for me to learn the equipments. Was confident after my training ended and would highly recommend it anyone as part of a introductory session.

Excellent barista training with Sue & Cal. Very informative and approachable, explaining the different espresso based coffees and walking through the steps from why the grind size of the coffee is important, to using the espresso machine and perfecting the steamed milk. All very hands on and the chance to pull a number of shots and practice with the steam wand. If you have an interest in what it takes to be a barrista, this is highly recommended.

Just finished Barista training with Sue and Cal - what a great team they make! Full of advice and answered any question I had. made me feel very comfortable, provided lots of hands on training and can't recommend them highly enough for anyone wanting to learn the skills of making espresso based coffee and all that goes with it - particularly if you are thinking of opening a coffee business etc. Patient and approachable and full of advice - thank you guys so much!

Great Barista training with Sue & Cal. They helped to give me confidence in making all the usual coffees plus more. They were ready to explain the whole coffee process from start to finish and explain why certain elements matter. They were happy to answer all my questions and even showed me how to clean the machine at the end. Very useful for my own business. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and felt comfortable even though we had to mask up etc for the current climate.
