  • I was so impressed with Sam's skill, knowledge and experience. He totally got the measure of where I was at in my fitness and just gave me skills that I can take away and use. He was totally spot on in his assessment and his tact and personable approach were superb. Not your run of the mill PT - really inspiring and supportive.

  • Sam is a fantastic trainer, really gets to know his clients, what their goals are, strengths and areas of improvement. He makes sure each session works you hard but is also enjoyable. He's ridiculously knowledgeable about all areas of health and wellbeing and you get so much more than just an exercise plan. Love this guy!
