First class trainer who create a culture of hard work, maximum effort and achievable goals furthermore I never thought i would actually ENJOY working out but Mike makes it super fun and monthly challenges that makes you want to push your limits. Mike is an experienced PT, very friendly and patient. During the session, he will correct your form and share knowledge to let you avoid getting injured. Also, encourage and spot you properly. I am glad I chose Mike to be my PT and it was worth every penny.

I worked out with Mike for 5 months and loved it. He was really motivating and pushed me hard, while also being sympathetic to what level I was at, adapting his plans to suit me and my body. Over that period, I ate better, lost weight, got stronger and grew more confident in using the gym myself. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to make a change or work on themselves.
