I have been training with Conor for 6 months and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Each training session is different and well planned, taking into account the fitness goals I wanted to achieve. Conor has a superb way of motivating and encouraging you during a training session, so that not only you enjoy it but get a real buzz when you have finished! If you want to get fitter, lose some weight, then Conor can get you there!

I was one of Conor’s clients in the past and my main aim was to just get fit and it was different to what he normally does. The results were better than we both could’ve imagined with both fitness and the way i looked. Going from 87kg down to 78kg and getting my 5k time from 25:03 to 20:33 in 3 months. I’d 1000% recommend Conor to anyone as he knows what he’s doing and puts a lot of time & effort into the programs he sends to you. I will be starting again once work priorities have died down.

Conor is a great PT. So knowledgeable and taught exactly what I needed to do to achieve my goal. He has made me feel confident in the gym. I highly recommend to anyone starting their fitness journey. Brilliant online coaching service as well.

I've always been someone who has struggled going to the gym but what a difference it has been working with Conor. He's extremely knowledgeable and promotes a very healthy no cutting corners attitude. He's also 100% focused during the sessions. Thank you Conor, after just 1 month so far I feel many years younger and I look forward to the progress still to come!

Conor has been personal training me for the last 10 months and the results have been amazing! He made me feel at ease when introducing me to new exercises, and has always been very motivating. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve on their fitness journey!
