We were offered Coach Cei classes through lockdown by work (Principality) and every class I attended was great. Some really challenged me but Coach Cei was always encouraging and smiling regardless of the day or how hard it was. I fell I have managed to maintain a certain level of fitness and build a good routine of lunch time exercise. Ceinwen is a brilliant trainer and a fabulous person. Hope to get to meet her IRL soon.

Honestly Cei is one of the most amazing, kind, motivated people I know. She has helped me kick start my new healthy journey and a new found love for fitness and nutrition. No question is stupid, even if I apologise asking them she will always have the answer for me. Good or bad day she is your biggest support. Helping me achieve goals I have wanted for so long. X

I started training with Cei in January of this year and she has been amazing! The gym can sometimes be quite an intimidating place, but its so nice to have Cei to help me along my journey! I've learnt so much about how to keep myself fit and healthy, and her workouts are insane! Cei has also been a great motivation during lockdown, providing multiple weekly online classes and a personalised programme. I'd highly recommend Cei to anyone that is looking to change their lifestyle for the better!

Since lockdown Cei has been providing my company with a weekly HITT class. Without a doubt it has been 'THE BEST' 45 minutes of coaching I have received. The HITT class is clearly thought out, and caters for all standards. There is no pressure to achieve more than you are capable of, but the key is that Cei also expects you to push yourself. I started training with Cei when I was 12 weeks pregnant. Having worked out for all my adult life I didn't want to stop during my pregnancy but I wanted to make sure that what I was doing was safe for both me and baby. Cei created a gym work out programme that was tailored to me and my growing bump through each stage of my pregnancy, adapting moves to accommodate the bump during our sessions and the workout classes I was doing.
