  • What can I really say more about Justin other than the fact that he is an amazing trainer. At the time of the first lockdown, I needed help not only with getting my body into shape but improving my mental health. His workout routines, his motivation he has for his clients and his general attitude to working out is out of this world. I was so fortunate to have trained with Justin because he has taught me vital forms for main lifting exercises. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!

  • Justin is different from other personal trainers. Not only has my fitness dramatically increased since being with Justin, but also my posture and positioning has also drastically improved, allowing me to exercise in a safer way. I can only say good words about him as he is affable in and out of the gym and the personal support he is giving at the current times is second to none specifically shown through the zoom sessions he has done when restrictions shut the gyms.
