The WLC has been challenging but great fun too. Kieron is supportive, enthusiastic & knowledgeable, with a real passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. The club is welcoming & friendly rather than intimidating & the small groups make it feel closer to PT.

I’ve done 4 full weeks of Kieron’s “women’s lifting club” and I’ve lost 1.8kg and 22cm all over which I’m very happy with. No restrictive faddy diets over here. Not only that but seeing how strong I am getting has been very surprising. It just shows that having someone who knows what they are doing really pays off. I've always been one for giving up easily and not pushing myself when it comes to the gym. With the help of Kieron and the ladies at the women's weight lifting club I have been staying motivated and lifting heavier each time. I'm much more confident using the gym equipment and learning the correct form has been the most valuable part. Highly recommend!

I used Kieron a while back to get me into using the weights at the gym and I would highly recommend him. He gave me the confidence I needed to walk into that section of the gym. He made me understand the equipment and helped to build my confidence in my technique. He has great knowledge and understanding and knows exactly when to push you. He gives you a good variety of exercises to build on and I very much enjoyed his sessions.

I’ve been using Kieron as my coach for a couple of months now, I’d always been semi regular at the gym without really knowing what I was doing. Since I’ve started we’ve been working on strength training, once we’d had a couple of sessions together and sorted my form out my progress has been rapid and the weights I’m lifting get heavier but easier every week.
