Not having an active workout schedule in the past, Jase has been a great PT in supporting my training objectives. He is outcome focused, and I have been able to see continual improvement from my sessions, which are run in a relaxed yet supportive environment. The main thing he taught me is perseverance!!!! "Keep going and you'll see!!" He was absolutely right! Very happy with the results! Thank you again Jase!

I train with Jason twice weekly and he is great at pushing me and motivating me to better my health. Thanks to him I am lighter, fitter and stronger now and am enjoying my fitness journey for the first time. I thought that menopause would slow me down but I’m getting fitter by the week.

I highly recommend some time with Jase! I had gained weight, lost strength and was pretty sedentary over the last few years. In 8 weeks with Jase I lost a stone and a half and massively improved strength and flexibility. Jase’s style is encouraging and driving, but not Sgt Major level bullying! And his flexible approach is perfect for adapting to what you personally want to achieve. Thanks Jase!

I cant even put into words how supportive and encouraging Jase has been throughout my fitness journey! He has helped me get into a routine that works for my busy work life and it has changed my lifestyle completely. I never thought I would get to the point where I enjoy and look forward to my next workout! Jase has been extremely approachable and he has made sure that I have enjoyed every minute of my programme. I’m only 6 weeks into my routine and i know I will be continuing to challenge ...
