It's wonderful place to visit and explore the world of piano 's. Nick is extremely helpful and paitent to explain everything and detail about each of the products. Worth a visit to pick the right Piano!

Just upgraded to the Yamaha dgx670 keyboard. Its absolutely fantastic as was the service from Aled, who is so helpful and is such an accomplished pianist. He took a lot of time explaining all the features and demonstrating them. I visited the store around lunchtime and by teatime, Aled had delivered and set up the new keyboard. I cannot fault the service .

We telephoned to discuss an electric piano to replace a mechanical model and we spoke to Aled. We had no real knowledge of what was available so he talked us through the options. A few months ago I went to the Music Station to look for a new classical guitar. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful at first, so I left the shop with a new budget guitar - Yamaha C40. When I got home I realised there was some strange buzzing on the E string, for instance when playing the E chord. In order to stop it I had to press my finger really hard, right next to the fret. I visited the shop recently to browse the piano's and was thrilled that Roger (the shopkeeper) let me play one. Of course he asked if I could play and I said yes, just to confirm I told him I managed to get to grade 6. After having a 10 minute tinkle of playing a song I had written, I was shocked when Roger came out and said - "I wouldn't exactly call yourself a pianist" with laughter behind his voice.
