  • David was my Personal Trainer for about 5 months, 3 sessions a week. We started off by setting goals and plan for the sessions. Every session was always different and because of that fun and not repetitive. Additionally, every part of the session was thoroughly explained before starting so that I could understand why are we doing specific exercises.
