The owner does a really good job looking after the place and continues to improve. I've been a member for years.

Vo2 is a gym with friendly, helpful staff, a great atmosphere & music. It has all the equipment you need for a really good workout. Highly recommended.

I have received personal & excellent service ftom Dee and Katie. Management and staff are always polite, kind, helpful, courteous and always wearing a smile. VO2 Equipment as well as the Gym is absolutely clean. I will recommend VO2 to my friends.
