Son loves it when he started he was very quiet and shy he now is confident and loves the interaction with other kids,& coaches also the background staff can't help enough.

My three kids love it. Great coaches, great atmosphere, would definitely recommend it.

My two sons and I come to the classes. My oldest was reluctant but due to the high quality teaching but also fun aspect he has said this is his favourite activity. My youngest loves too as do i as a senior. All the coaches have a wealth of experience. It's a great way to learn something new. Challenge yourself and get fit all for a very very reasonable price. What are you waiting for. Get your Gi on learn how to tie your belt and get in the dojo.
