Bigger on the inside, much more equipment than you would expect. They have grouped equipment mostly based on what part of the body you are working on, which is handy. Really good calisthenics workout area, much better than a lot of gyms. I love doing pullups, chinups, tricep dips, pushups and more so this is great for me. Great gym. Perfect for me. We are so lucky to have such a huge space (very covid friendly in these times) with so much new equipment so well cared for by the lovely owners Lucy and Adam who really care about health and fitness, the gym and it’s members.
