A truly terrible company with an utterly corrupt customer experience. I paid £11500 (+ flight and extra equipment) to cross the pacific with several stops around China. After extremely poor communication this route changed last minute to a 4 day sail around the Philippines which ended suddenly in being quarantined in squalid conditions in the marina with the pandemic upon us.
