  • I joined Clear Fitness in January 2013 and really enjoy the Bootcamps! I've increased my fitness, confidence and made some great friends along the way. The sessions are really varied and tough but also lots of fun. With Clear Fitness I've pushed myself out of my comfort zone and took part in a paintballing social event, which was great fun. I would definitely recommend Clear Fitness!

  • In my experience there are two things which put Chris head and shoulders above other trainers. Firstly his knowledge of, and emphasis on, nutrition. I think getting the nourishment right is the key to making sustained gains. Secondly he knows when to push you on and, as importantly, when to throttle back. Since starting training with Chris I’ve lost body fat and gained lean muscle.

  • I hadn't exercised regularly for a few years when I started at the Clear Fitness bootcamps. I can't praise Chris enough for how he has helped me to get my fitness levels back to where they once were but also for all the help and advice on sorting out my nutrition (which turned out ot be a big problem for me even though I thought I was eating healthy!). The bootcamps are good fun and highly recommended.
