I started training with Josh a year ago following a back injury after my physio recommended him. He has made a big difference to my recovery, while increasing my strength and fitness. His programmes are tailored to fit your goals and progress is closely monitored so you can see your results. Thanks to Josh I enjoy going to the gym. Highly recommended!

I started training with Josh as I wanted to gain some more confidence in the gym, both in myself and with the equipment. I was very worried about joining a gym again due to hurting myself as I had no idea what I was doing so I spoke to josh he then invited me to see him at the gym I have been having pt session with josh on a weekly basis every since going me the confidence to start going to the gym myself again. He have so much patience and if I’m struggling he works to my ability to change what we are doing or encourages me to try my hardest.

Josh is a fantastic personal trainer. I have been training with him for just over 2 years now and the improvement in my health, fitness and physique has made it all worthwhile. Josh is patient yet firm, supportive and very motivational. He has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition and has helped me to lose weight and maintain it. I feel so much better within myself since having PT sessions with him. I cannot recommend him enough. Everyone needs a Josh in their lives!!

Prior to working with Josh I believed the gym was not for me and I had certainly never considered lifting weights.
