Description

In this fun and focused session you will learn how to throw pots with a wheel each and have the opportunity to paint what you make for firing.

Carole will demonstrate the process and teach you the technique.

The session is suitable for all including children age 7+, couples, friends, families, and small groups.

You will learn how to center the clay and shape the pot on the wheel using a clear step by step method. There is plenty of time in the session to experience the messy delight of wet clay while creating your pot on the wheel.

Carole will guide you through the whole process from start to finish. You can then paint your pot with a choice of glazes for firing. Most participants make at least one pot each for firing, some make more than one. Everything you need for the session will be provided including aprons.
